How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders containing handmade/personalized items typically take 7-14 business days for production. Supply only orders ship in 2-3 business days. Once your your has shipped, delivery takes 2-5 business days.  

*If you need your supplies sooner, we suggest splitting your order, if you prefer not to wait the longer production period.

I need my order sooner. What should I do?

We offer a Rush Service upgrade and Express Shipping. This service is available for an additional fee based on availability. Please contact us prior to ordering to determine the cost and and shipping options for your order.  Due to their time-sensitive nature, Rush Orders cannot be cancelled after the purchase is completed. 

What shipping methods do you use?

Most orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We can ship via UPS or FEDEX by request.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to the high and varying prices for international shipping, we only offer US checkout at this time. Please contact us via Online Chat or email (info@kscopeparties.com) for details about international shipping. We will need to know what you would like to order, which country it's being shipped to and the date the order is needed by.  In general, we suggest  you allow a minimum of 6 weeks for production and delivery of your order. There is $70 order minimum for international orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept  Amex, MC, Visa and Paypal, for your convenience.

How do I make a change to my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase completion to make any changes.  We are unable to make changes to an existing order once production has begun. 

Can you custom design items to match my theme?

We love creating custom items. Please contact us via Online Chat or email: info@kscopeparties.com, to discuss your ideas, pricing, and turnaround. Please keep in mind, most custom orders require a 4-8 week production period.

Do you have sales or offer discounts?

Yes, we do! Please sign up for updates when registering and/or like and follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date on sales and giveaways.
