Shipping & Policies


Most handmade items ship in 6-12 business days. Supply items ship in 2-3 business days.
If your order includes both, allow the 6-12 biz days for production and shipping of your order.

Once your order has shipped, delivery takes 2-5 business days.

Rush Service:
Available for an additional fee based on availability. Please contact us prior to ordering to determine the cost and and shipping options for your order.  Due to their time-sensitive nature, Rush Orders cannot be cancelled after the purchase is completed. We can guarantee the ship date for these orders but not the delivery date. We do our best to ensure enough time for your order to arrive by your specified date.

Refunds & Exchanges:

All unopened and unused, party supply items can be returned for a refund, less original shipping fee, within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by buyer. A refund will be processed with 72 hours of receipt, minus a 25% restocking fee. We are not responsible for returns received after the 7 day period (date is calculated by postmark on the package).

Handmade, personalized and food supply items are not eligible for return.

We do not offer refunds on lost, stolen or late packages. If your order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, it includes $50 of insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased by contacting us prior to placing your order.

Order Cancellations:
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of completed purchase.  If request is made after 24 hours a store credit will be given for future purchases in the amount of the order + shipping. *We are unable to cancel an order once production has begun.

Damage during shipping:
We take great care in packing our items for shipping.  In rare instances, an item may arrive damaged, due to mishandling during shipping.  In those cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (per tracking info) with a picture of the damaged packaging & damaged goods.
We will then offer an option of replacement or refund, at our discretion.  Product return may be required for refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours for the purchase amount, less shipping.
